Skilled Nurse for Progressive Care Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic Progressive Care Unit (PCU) environment. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to patients with complex medical conditions
- Develop and implement personalized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and manage patient medications, treatments, and test results
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio required
- 2 years of experience in a PCU or similar critical care setting desired
- BCLS and ACLS certification expected
- EPIC experience is essential
- Skills in IV start and telemedicine preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous travel experience is a plus
