We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Cardiac Progressive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans that address their unique requirements.
  • Medication Administration and Treatment Management: Administer medications, perform routine medical procedures, and manage patients' treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring the highest level of care.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, facilitating seamless transitions between departments.
  • Record Keeping and Communication: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documenting patient progress, and communicate effectively with healthcare staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree with current licensure and completion of BSN within 3 years.
  • Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio.
  • One year of recent experience in progressive care unit settings, preferably in cardiac care.
  • Excellent Communication and Critical Thinking Skills: Possess strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
