Role Overview

As a Cloud Success Strategist at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption and success across our cloud platforms. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record of managing complex IT solutions and developing long-term relationships with customers.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our Customer Success efforts for a key account. Your primary focus will be on orchestrating delivery activities, supporting transformation initiatives, and ensuring customers realize value from our cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create customer value by accelerating cloud consumption, supportability, and upselling opportunities.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through customer-centricity, technical intensity, and actioning customer feedback.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across the Customer Success Unit to drive better customer outcomes through cross-cloud solutions delivering on the One Microsoft value.
  • Lead overall Delivery Governance across the account, working in partnership with the MS Account team and customer Executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Fifteen years of experience managing innovative IT solutions that demonstrate measurable impact on business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective long-term relationships at all levels within a customer organization.
  • Broad understanding of Microsoft technologies and industry megatrends, including Cloud strategies.
  • Strong Program and Project Management skills, including experience with adoption/change management and Benefits realisation.
  • Solid understanding of service management and operations management.
  • Portfolio management and account planning.
  • Influencing skills.
  • Experience in people and process capability improvement.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with an eye for detail.
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Financial Services Industry experience (Banking preferred).
