Job Overview

We are seeking an Investigations Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the investigations division, including updating clients on case progress, assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration, and providing general insurance investigations support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries;
  • Update clients on case progress through regular communication;
  • Assist investigators with fieldwork and case administration tasks;
  • Provide general support to the investigations team, including data entry and correspondence drafting;
Requirements
  • Mandatory - excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on client satisfaction;
  • Mandatory - intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office);
  • Experience in a similar role or industry (insurance, factual investigation, or legal) is highly desirable;
  • Scheduling and appointment setting experience is also valuable;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to provide current police clearance upon commencement;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
