Investigation Specialist

Our team is responsible for conducting thorough investigations into financial fraud, data privacy breaches, and internal misconduct. We work closely with law enforcement and other security-minded organizations to reduce and control card fraud.

As an Investigation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting investigations by gathering and analyzing documentary evidence, preparing case reports, and coordinating investigations with law enforcement;">
• Contributing to the long-term goal of reducing/controlling card fraud by collaborating with law enforcement, merchants, and other security-minded organizations;">
• Collecting and compiling evidence; documenting investigative activity and evidence in a case management system;">
• Pulling data, locating records, and running reports; studying data to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies;">
• Collaborating on fraud and criminal investigations with counterparts internally and with external organizations;">
• Working with internal groups to help minimize risk and exposure to fraud;">
• Providing cross-functional support to other members of the Global Security team as directed by the Director - Security & Investigative Services.">

Requirements

• Ability to manage own workload and work to strict deadlines when required.">

Preferred Experience

Experience in an investigative role and background in one of the following: financial risk, fraud, AML/KYC, compliance would be beneficial.
