Investigations Support Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Investigations Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the insurance industry and be able to provide exceptional customer service.


Main Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for internal and external enquiries;
  • Keep clients informed about the progress of matters;
  • Assist investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
  • Provide comprehensive support for general insurance investigations;
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and travel arrangements;
  • Data entry and administration within our database;
  • Draft correspondence for internal and external distribution;

Your Key Qualities
  • Mandatory: excellent customer service skills and dedication;
  • Mandatory: intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office);
  • Relevant industry experience (insurance, factual investigation or legal) is highly desirable;
  • Scheduling and appointment setting experience is also desirable;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure;
  • Ability to obtain current police clearance upon commencement;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
