Job Description- Full-time role working Monday – Friday at a 100-bed aged care facility in Mildura.
- Reporting into the Clinical Manager, coordinating clinical care and supervising staff.
- Acting as a resource to staff; sharing knowledge, providing direction, support, and guidance, and contributing to education delivery so they excel in their role.
- Coordinating comprehensive and individualized assessments, care plans, and reviews.
- Ensuring accreditation and funding standards are met by completing accurate clinical documentation.
- Participating in audits, analyzing trends, implementing, and reviewing action plans, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Providing exceptional customer service from all staff and assisting with reviewing incidents and responding to clinical feedback.
- Forming positive relationships with residents and families to create client-directed care outcomes.
- AHPRA Registered Nurse.
- Experience as a Senior Registered Nurse, Nurse in Charge, or Clinical Nurse is essential.
- A nurturing leader who enjoys providing support and mentoring, especially to new graduate and overseas nurses.
- Excellent clinical skills and understanding of best practice.
- Resilient, hands-on, motivated, and confident.
