Support Funeral Services

We are seeking a Funeral Service Assistant to support our funeral services.

This is an opportunity to make a difference in people's lives during difficult times. As a Funeral Service Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides vital services to families and helps them celebrate their loved ones' lives.

About the Role:

  • You will provide support in various aspects of funeral services, ensuring high standards of professionalism and compassion at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to handle the deceased with dignity and respect.
  • Oversee proceedings on the day, ensuring pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests are properly executed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing vehicle and transport services for funerals, maintaining exceptional vehicle presentation.
  • Handling logistics and coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth execution of funeral services.
  • Supporting grieving families and providing emotional comfort during their time of need.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong customer service ethos and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • A professional attitude with empathy and compassion.
  • The ability to work comfortably with grieving families and the deceased.
  • Possess a full, unrestricted driver's license.
