At St Louis Homes, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with dementia or disability.

As a Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support to our clients, assisting them with daily living activities such as personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social activities, and community participation.

Working under the guidance of our experienced Dementia Care Specialists, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity. Your commitment to delivering high-quality support will enable them to live life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to clients with dementia or disability, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, domestic tasks, meals, social activities, and community participation.
  • Work collaboratively with our Dementia Care Specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements
  • National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Up-to-date Influenza vaccination
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence (minimum P2s)
