Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support, maintain and customise Enterprise Systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and reviewing all Enterprise Systems to identify risks, issues or potential problems and making recommendations to mitigate. They will also analyse business requirements and conduct audits to assist with the evaluation of new vendor products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality templates, documentation and resource material to support the delivery of end-user training
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A high degree of autonomy and independence
  • Experience creating and improving complex processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with database administration and IT Service Management systems
  • A valid Working with Vulnerable People Card or ability to obtain one
