Asset Management Role

We are seeking an experienced asset manager to oversee the development, management and operation of our clients' assets. This key position will drive the asset management strategy for our portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account-specific asset management processes in line with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors to support data quality and accuracy within our CMMS system.
  • Oversee maintenance plans within our CMMS system to ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
  • Compile reports to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for interpreting and analyzing engineering O&M and numerical data.
  • Understanding of Maintenance Compliance, Australian Standards, and Building Code of Australia requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel with knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
Qualifications:
  • Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Level 7 or higher.
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management and maintenance.
