Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onsite teams to operate within company framework, ensuring seamless asset management.
  • Develop and implement all-encompassing property strategies that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-level property and asset management operations.
  • Manage various teams, including property, leasing, facilities, and financial teams.
  • Assist in negotiations on new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, assignments, and sub-lettings.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience managing commercial premium or A-grade assets.
  • Previous experience managing budgets and team dynamics.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
