About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Assets and Buildings professional to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering 70 hours per fortnight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage building assets and ensure their optimal performance.
  • Plan and deliver construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Construction Induction (White Card).
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management and construction project delivery.
