About the Role:
The role of Supply Support Officer is critical to the success of our project, requiring a highly organised and detail-focused individual with a strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and logistics processes.
We are seeking a proactive problem solver who can manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of security, safety, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and approve Assembly Parts List (APL) and Outfit Allowance List (OAL) requests;
- Conduct ERP Material Master Data Management activities;
- Coordinate the receipt and verification of store room items, OAL, and depot spares from contractors;
- Develop and action logistics reports;
- Oversee LIMS/ERP entry accuracy;
- Provide guidance and mentoring to project team members.

Our team works on the Hunter Class Frigate project, a cutting-edge warship with advanced technology and capabilities. We collaborate with experts from the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe to provide six frigates optimised for anti-submarine warfare to the Royal Australian Navy.
