Job Summary

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to lead the commercial management of all data center fit-out construction projects in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong cost analytics skills and experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the DCBM Manager to commercially manage all projects in the region, ensuring financial and contractual protection for Microsoft.
  • Develop and manage cost insights and analytics for lease fit-out projects, including cost KPIs and Power BI dashboards.
  • Provide commercial management support to the projects, including estimation, contract agreement, and payment processing.
  • Manage the lease provider (LP) from RFP documents to final payments and agreement of final accounts.
  • Assist in the procurement of QS firms and manage the commercial support team.
  • Develop and implement commercial processes and playbooks to ensure consistent implementation across the region.
