### Job Description

As a Lead Cost Manager, you will be responsible for leading the cost management function on multiple projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of cost management services across pre-construction, procurement, and post-contract activities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Managing a team of cost management professionals.
  • Leading the development of cost management strategies and proposals.
  • Assisting in business generation and securing new opportunities.
  • Managing T&T financials on projects and commission management.

### Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of cost management principles and practices, and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering successful projects.
