This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in real estate private credit and private equity recruitment.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and execute new real estate private credit opportunities.
- Lead transaction structuring, negotiation and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, advisors and capital partners.
As a well-networked individual, you'll leverage your networks and expertise to generate new opportunities, while collaborating with a high-performing team. The deal flow will be varied but predominantly centred across various forms of residential development and construction finance.
Candidate Profile- 8+ years' experience in commercial real estate banking or private credit.
- Deep networks across brokers, developers and advisers.
- Strong credit acumen and proven origination track record.
- Leadership capability and ability to influence key stakeholders.
A competitive base salary range: A$250,000.00/yr - A$300,000.00/yr
