Key aspects of the role include supporting our stores across ANZ with lease administration, ensuring timely completion of leasing contracts and managing key deadlines. This involves local administration of our global leasing tool and store master data, as well as lease negotiations for temporary trading locations and storage sites. Partnerships with our legal team are crucial in finalizing leases and tracking contract activities. In addition, minute taking and document management responsibilities form a critical part of this role.
