The Leasing Finance team plays a key role within our Operations Finance department, supporting commercial decisions and providing financial insights and analysis to stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Financial Business Partner to join our Leasing Finance team, providing financial support to facilitate decision making and collaborating with the Leasing & Retail Solutions Team.

A snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate budgets, forecasts, and regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Offer analytical support to internal and external stakeholders to deliver on our strategic plan.
  • Provide numerical support for leasing decisions related to gross rent data across a portfolio of centres.
  • Prioritise work to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while handling ad-hoc requests from Leasing Executives.
  • Support the development of Finance Plan on a Page initiatives to drive business growth.

This role offers a full-time opportunity at our support office, conveniently located above Westfield Sydney.
