About the Role

  • Expert in leading the design and delivery of platforms, capabilities, and services supporting large-scale eCommerce platforms.
  • Provide management of 24x7 production platform capabilities.
  • Excellent vendor management capabilities (including negotiation and contract management).
  • Experience and proven knowledge in a range of delivery and operational methodologies and approaches (DevOps, Agile, Lean) with expertise in methodologies used by the organization.
  • Proven success in managing significant change programs or managing organizations through change.
