Specialty Café Leader Wanted

Are you a driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have what it takes to lead a high-volume specialty coffee venue and make it a community icon?

We're seeking an experienced café leader to spearhead the launch of our new venue in Glenelg East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a local customer base, leading a team of baristas, and ensuring every shot pulled and every plate served meets our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a café team focused on quality and consistency
  • Manage daily operations, including service flow and inventory
  • Train staff in all areas, from espresso preparation to milk texturizing
  • Collaborate with our roasting and training teams to drive excellence
  • Build and maintain a positive, specialty-focused café culture

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience running a high-volume specialty coffee venue
  • Deep understanding of coffee extraction, workflow, and dialing in
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to service excellence
  • A willingness to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining consistency
  • Ability to write recipes and showcase creative flair
