**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly skilled Café Team Lead to join our team in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be committed to helping our business grow and succeed.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service, training team members, maintaining a clean workspace, reporting feedback to the Store Manager, and assisting in food preparation.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

To be considered for these roles, you must display:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role
  • Barista experience is highly regarded (training can also be provided)
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of general café operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
