Lead Café Operations

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and skilled leader to oversee the daily operations of our café. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and customer service to ensure a high-quality experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, including staff management, ordering, and delegation of tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example to ensure all team members deliver a friendly and efficient experience.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain a fully stocked café at all times.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff members to maintain high standards of service.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive business growth.
  • Report on daily sales, staff performance, and operational issues to senior management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Café Manager or Assistant Manager role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
  • Experience in inventory management, ordering, and supplier relations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Barista/All-Rounder Requirements

  • Prepare and serve coffee beverages with speed and precision.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and efficiently managing the flow of service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment regularly.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume café or similar environment.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
