Job Title: Solutions Specialist Crushing Consumables

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Specialist Crushing Consumables to join our team at FLSmidth Pty. Ltd. in Crushing Consumables. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing expert solutions to enhance the efficiency and productivity of crushing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and provide customized solutions to meet their needs
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to the business
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends and updates to stay ahead of the competition
  • Perform site visits and provide feedback to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and sales strategies
  • Support the Proposal department in developing complex solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Good experience in the mining or industrial industry, preferably with heavy industrial products and systems
  • Good understanding of consumable products and mechanical drawings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
  • Must be physically able to climb structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines
