We're seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team as a Solutions Specialist Crushing Consumables. As a key member of our Service Line Crushing Consumables, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing tailored solutions to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and productivity of crushing operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer relationships and their consumables throughout the product lifecycle
  • Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region
  • Providing market intelligence and feedback to the business
  • Maintaining opportunities in the CRM system
  • Monitoring industry updates and changes in the product landscape
  • Performing health checks on customers' sites and presenting feedback
  • Collaborating with product line, engineering, and sales teams across FLSmidth
  • Supporting the development of marketing documents to highlight solutions' primary benefits

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, good experience within the mining/industrial industry, and specific experience with heavy industrial products and/or systems. You should also have good communication skills, written and spoken, and be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
