About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves managing the quality function as part of a project team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and managing QA systems and processes to maintain ISO 9001 compliance across multiple project sites.
  • Developing a quality strategy with a focus on continuous improvement and defect-free delivery.
  • Overseeing subcontractor quality documentation, including ITPs, NCRs, and defect records.
  • Managing audit requirements throughout contract execution.

You will ensure ongoing compliance with third-party certifications and pre-qualification requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate subcontractor quality compliance and drive best practices.

About You

We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management and construction. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A qualification in Quality Management or Construction Management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role managing quality across commercial building projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in a construction/engineering/pre-fabrication environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes of practice, and Australian Standards.
