Early Learning Educator - Casual Pool

We are seeking experienced and passionate educators to join our casual pool. The ideal candidate will work with infants, toddlers and preschool children, engaging in play and providing the support and hands-on activities that help children thrive.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Aiding room leaders and ensuring children's safety
  • Supporting the ongoing development of the children
  • Participating in all aspects of the daily running of the centre
  • Fostering relationships with families and children throughout the centre
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Facilitating play-based learning
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Qualification in Early Childhood Education (for Preschool and Long Day Care)
  • No qualification required for OSHC services
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and ELYF
  • Valid First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children Check or an ACT Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and positive attitude
  • Reliable and adaptable team player
