**Job Title:** Educator

Overview

This role requires a dedicated educator to support the daily operations of our early learning center. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with children, families, and team members while maintaining a safe and responsive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support educators across different rooms at the center
  • Engage with children, families, and team members
  • Assist with daily center practices
  • Support educators with children's learning and documentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent or actively working towards)
  • Willingness to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Prior experience in a long day care service

About Our Center

We cater to 46 children per day across 3 rooms. Our center feels like a home away from home, where we keep family values at the heart of everything we do. Located in a very central area, you have access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and other public services. Our dedicated team believes that maintaining a safe, secure, and responsive learning environment is of great importance.
