Embark on a transformative leadership journey as the strategic operations leader of our Multi-School Organisation.

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to design and deliver the operational backbone of our MSO, ensuring seamless service delivery and scalability in line with departmental policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Design: Develop and implement efficient operational systems, focusing on teaching and learning support to drive student outcomes.
  • Resource Optimisation: Lead the optimisation of resource use, including finance, human and physical resources, compliance, communications and risk management.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure consistent service delivery that is efficient and scalable in line with Department for Education, Children and Young People policies.
  • Alignment and Growth: Align operations with educational priorities and the MSO's mission to improve student outcomes and close equity gaps.
  • Talent Management: Recruit and manage a lean central office to oversee operational functions as the MSO grows.
