Job Opportunity

The Manager, Organisational Design & Workforce Change will lead key operating model and workforce change management initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

This role bridges creativity and operational excellence, driving people-centric transformational change across broadcast, digital, and content production functions.

Collaborating closely with People & Culture teams and business leaders, the role will co-design consistent delivery practices to evolve the organisation's culture, structure, and ways of working.

  • Drive the execution of leader-led operating model change programs that align with high-performance principles.
  • Partner with Senior leaders and Transformation Management Office to facilitate transformational workforce change.
  • Create effective relationships with People Business Partners to ensure org designs and change management plans are grounded in practicality.
  • Lead a team to deliver impactful change outcomes.
  • Co-design and implement People Transformation Playbooks tailored to the dynamic needs of the industry.
  • Monitor progress, escalate dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Facilitate leadership engagement and communications to build momentum and adoption.
