Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partnership network, fostering strategic relationships and driving growth through collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiating contact with potential partners, understanding their business needs and alignment with our model.
- Analysing partner profiles, challenges, pain points, and business needs to build mutually beneficial relationships.
- Demonstrating products through personalized presentations, highlighting Odoo's value proposition.
- Negotiating collaboration terms and conditions.
- Developing innovative strategies to expand our partner network.
- A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with software products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- An autonomous individual with strong business acumen and logical thinking skills.
- Effective communicator with negotiation skills.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- 1-2 years of sales experience within the software industry.
- Additional languages.
- Ability to start immediately.
