**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the strategic development and implementation of our supply chain planning function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain optimization, with experience in designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions that drive business growth and improve efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of planning activities
  • Maintain governance framework for supply chain planning and provide thought leadership on metrics and KPIs

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 7-10 years' experience in leading supply chain planning functions, sales & operations planning and/or integrated business planning
  • Exceptional working knowledge of planning systems, reporting & advanced analytics tools and IBP management tools (JDA/Blue Yonder, SAP APO/IBP, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Degree in supply chain, business management or finance essential
  • Highly analytical and detailed focused
  • Exceptional communicator
