Job Description

As a dynamic and ambitious professional, you will lead the Aboriginal Child and Family Service to deliver high-quality care for vulnerable families in South West Sydney. The service supports families with a model of care that includes antenatal, sustained home visiting, allied health and paediatric specialist components embedded in a cultural framework and strong clinical governance.

About The Role

The Service Manager will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of Aboriginal Health Workers, Child and Family Nurses and Allied Health professionals. You will establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support access to health services for Aboriginal families in South West Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Aboriginal Child and Family Service to deliver high-quality care for vulnerable families.
  • Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support access to health services.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of Aboriginal Health Workers, Child and Family Nurses and Allied Health professionals.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Postgraduate qualifications in health or social science areas or relevant work experience.
  • Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those with a NSW license variant must obtain NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) within three months of appointment.
