Account Executive Role Overview

This is a full-time permanent role with responsibilities for managing a multinational client portfolio and assisting the Managing Principal on their portfolio in all aspects of client service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative management of clients' portfolios to achieve high levels of client satisfaction, including effective working relationships with insurers and adherence to quality practices and other systems.
  • Client awareness and knowledge acquisition and maintenance to develop sound technical understanding of major classes of insurance and specialist services.
  • Qualifications: Meeting training requirements for FSRA compliance, possessing a High School Certificate or equivalent, and undertaking directed compliance training.

  • Communication: Conveying written and verbal messages effectively to various audiences, adapting approach as appropriate, displaying sound listening and comprehensive skills.
  • Client/Customer Service: Providing excellent technical, administrative, and consulting support to internal and external clients, frequently referring back to their needs.
  • Drive and Self-Motivation: Seeking out and acting on opportunities and calculated risks, demonstrating willingness to take on increased responsibilities, displaying ability to act independently with minimal reference back to manager/supervisor.
