Key Facilities Executive Role

This is a senior-level position that oversees the strategic management of facilities for a national retail portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of operations/facilities managers to deliver consistent, high-quality service to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance, repairs, and building services nationwide, ensuring timely and effective resolution of tenant and client issues.
  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) systems, conduct regular audits, manage incident investigations, and oversee contractor safety performance.
  • Collaborate with ESG teams to develop sustainability initiatives aligned with client goals, driving performance and value through procurement activities and vendor relationships.
  • Provide high-quality reporting and insights to clients and stakeholders, leveraging tertiary qualifications in facilities management, engineering, or related fields.

About You:

  • Senior-level experience in facilities management across commercial or retail portfolios.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a deep understanding of HSE systems, contractor management, and capital works.
  • Ability to travel interstate and respond to after-hours emergencies, prioritizing effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.
