As a Business Development/Industry Employment Partner in Manufacturing, you will be part of a successful not-for-profit organisation with a high-performing team. You will partner with customers and employers across your designated region, increasing employment opportunities for people with disability through strategic specialisation within local labour markets.

Key Result Areas:

  • You will build strong employer and industry relationships using your savvy business development skills and industry knowledge to create employment opportunities for people with disability.
  • You will establish connections with colleagues across the network to provide a wrap-around employment service to customers, ensuring customer goals and program requirements are achieved.
  • You will deliver relevant industry workshops regularly to your customer base and employers to establish strong marketing briefs for the customer, resulting in ongoing paid employment.
  • You will build and grow healthy relationships with customers, industry employers, and site teams.
  • You will handle escalations in your territory in a quick and professional manner that protects the reputation and integrity of the business.
  • You will be responsible for educating customers and sites on your industry and providing intel to contribute to achieving monthly targets.
