Operator Role

This position involves operating tube manufacturing machinery in a team environment, ensuring the safe handling and storage of products. As an Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining our site's operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a safety-focused mindset and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Previous experience working in shift work environments, particularly in Manufacturing, Construction or Warehousing, is advantageous. Bonus points if you hold a valid Forklift (LF) licence and/or Overhead Gantry Crane (CB) licence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate tube manufacturing machinery, including cranes, bundlers, auto strappers, and other process stations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety procedures.
Requirements and Skills
  • A strong commitment to safety and health protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • An ability to work effectively in a rotating 12-hour shifts roster, with flexibility for overtime when needed.
  • Bonus: Relevant industry experience and qualifications, such as forklift operation or crane management, are highly valued.
