**National Operations Manager Role**: We're seeking a motivated professional to lead our industrial manufacturing operations in Brisbane.

As National Operations Manager, you'll oversee warehousing and logistics, manage off-site manufacturing, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and control resources to meet operational requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversight of warehouse operations to align with strategic targets
  • Management of off-site manufacturing operations, including planning, routine management, team leadership, and customer service
  • Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across operations, people, and processes
  • Resource allocation to meet OSM, maintenance workshop, and machine service requirements
  • Maintenance of ISO quality standards and support for audits

**Requirements:**

  • University degree in engineering or business economics, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with team leadership background
  • Strong interpersonal skills, convincing communication, and ability to build trust within teams
  • Positive attitude, motivation, and ability to inspire enthusiasm

**Location:** Brisbane (Brendale), Queensland
