About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Program Manager to lead our complex, recovery-oriented support programs for individuals with persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regular supervision and team meetings with staff to ensure client-directed needs are met
  • Ensure accurate case notes are completed regularly by the team and that regular case reviews are conducted
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve service delivery objectives
  • Confirm compliance with internal and external requirements, including reporting

Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Mental Health, Disability, Social Work, Psychology or other relevant field
  • Significant experience leading others and a demonstrated ability to coach and lead a team
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to react quickly in critical situations
  • An understanding of the NDIS and its impact on outcomes for clients

The successful candidate will be required to work from home up to 3 days per week and be in the head office in Dandenong and/or on site at participant locations for the remaining 2 days. A current and valid driver's license is also a requirement.
