Key Responsibilities- Manage own portfolio of restructuring and insolvency matters
- Lead complex investigations, including source and application of funds, forensic tracing exercises, voidable transactions, and insolvent trading reviews
- Prepare and review creditor reports, statutory reports, and independent business reviews
- Participate in business development activities, including assisting partners in preparing and pitching for new engagements
- University degree in a related discipline, such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance
- Strong accounting background with extensive experience in corporate insolvency / restructuring
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience providing coaching and training to other team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
