Corporate Insolvency Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our team. As a Corporate Insolvency Accountant, you will play a critical role in the management of insolvency appointments, including Voluntary Administrations, Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, and Members Voluntary Liquidations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ongoing management of insolvency appointments
  • Preparation of correspondence and reports to creditors
  • Conducting investigations and preparing statutory investigation reports
  • Pursuing recoveries
  • Assisting in preparation of budgets and cashflow forecasts for trade-on appointments
  • Maintaining and attending to accurate statutory reporting requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of insolvency law and practice
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • A willingness and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
