Job Title: Alternative Markets Finance Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team in Sydney as a Private Markets Investment Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate commercial real estate debt investments for potential returns
  • Execute transactions across various asset classes, including new originations and loan modifications
  • Manage and service an existing portfolio of real estate debt positions
  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with borrowers
  • Conduct thorough property research, financial analysis, and market studies
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
  • 1-2 years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, lending, or investment banking
  • Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
