Senior Paediatric Registrar/Advanced Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paediatric Registrar/Advanced Trainee to join our team at Charterhouse Recruitment (Australia).
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and management in a fast-paced paediatric environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient care.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria- General, Provisional, or Limited registration with AHPRA or eligible to obtain.
- IMGs that have completed at least the AMC MCQ (Part 1) or completed both AMC 1 & 2 (Clinical Exam).
- IMGs eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway (training in the UK, USA, NZ, Canada, or Ireland).
- IMGs assessed by RACP College as Partially or Substantially Comparable.
