We are a dynamic team working to grow our fitness centres across Australia, with a focus on delivering data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. Our Judgement Free Zone philosophy provides a clean, comfortable, and non-intimidating environment for all members.

Your key responsibilities will include greeting and farewelling members and guests, handling inquiries and complaints, and explaining our Judgement Free Zone. You will also be responsible for answering phone inquiries and taking messages, giving club tours, selling memberships and entering data, operating the POS system, and maintaining the front desk.
