**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Casual/Part Time Outbound Call Centre Staff member to join our team to work remotely or In out of our Wollongong office and proactively assist our leads begin their fitness journey. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to address inquiries, book tours and provide support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to our prospects and answer inquiries, build rapport and book in tours with professionalism and enthusiasm from your home office.
- Follow up with prospective to provide valuable information and promote a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure prospect data is up to date, updating as necessary during outbound calls.
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment, fostering a sense of community for our prospects
- Perform administrative tasks related to call center operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for outbound calls.
- Ability to initiate and manage outbound calls effectively while working from home.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Knowledge of fitness and wellness is desirable but not required
- Flexibility to work upwards of 15 hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
