We are seeking a visionary leader to manage our aquatic and fitness centre, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and community engagement.

This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the health and wellbeing of our local community, leading a team of passionate professionals in aquatics, fitness, and customer service.

  • Drive membership growth and retention through exceptional customer service and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring safe and efficient facilities, managing budgets, and overseeing capital projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, schools, local businesses, and government agencies.

The ideal candidate will have experience across gym operations and group fitness delivery, strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, as well as current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certification or willingness to train.
