About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support business objectives, ensuring clear and timely information is delivered to members and stakeholders.
  • Lead a small team of communications professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving member contact and develop targeted solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:

  • At least 7 years' experience in leading communications teams, with a strong focus on member communications.
  • Experience in Financial Services, including an understanding of its regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering multi-channel communication campaigns with measurable success metrics.
  • Prior experience in people management and leadership development.
