Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to join our team. As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our custom-built platforms using PHP and Symfony.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop web applications using PHP and Symfony
  • Work with legacy and cutting-edge technologies
  • Coding solutions, reviewing other developers' code
  • Establish coding standards, naming conventions, and programming practices
  • Build and configure CI/CD pipelines
  • Document technical debt, assess risk, and effort
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in integration, code efficiency, and response times
  • Be a gatekeeper in ensuring well-documented technical knowledge on technical design, implementation, and technical process flows
  • Be a hands-on proactive developer that can tailor solutions that deliver business value with the objective of future stability and maintainability with minimal technical debt

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of continuous experience as a Senior PHP Developer
  • Extremely deep skillset with PHP development
  • Experience with Magento 2 and Symfony Framework
  • Experience with AWS (RDS, MySQL, Lambda, EC2, etc.)
  • Experience with integration platforms (Workato)
  • Excellent communication skills and interact effectively with internal stakeholders
