We provide diverse social services supporting individuals, families, children, schools, and communities in remote areas.

Our accommodation facility provides a home away from home experience for participants attending medical appointments, shopping, or family events.

The receptionist plays a vital role ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-organized experience for participants.

  • Participant check-ins and check-outs
  • Effective communication and support
  • Payment processing
  • General administration
  • Maintaining accurate records across systems

The receptionist coordinates with external service providers and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and participant satisfaction.

Key Selection Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or visitor accommodation/hospitality environment
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in data entry and database management
  • Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and respect for participant privacy
Working Conditions:

We operate seven days, twenty-four hours, providing meals to our participants.

Safeguarding children and young people is our top priority, with zero tolerance of child abuse and neglect.

A satisfactory National police check, Working with Children (Ochre) Card, Social Media and Adverse Media Checks are required for employment.
