Lead Early Childhood Educator

As a Lead Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will take charge of your own room and lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $33.71 - $34.72 per hour.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A current Victorian Working with Children Check.
